mouse caught one foot in trap so still cat slinks on by “here cat” I say, open trap quick catch out the door! cat and mouse all is well nature at work cat and mouse cat plays with mouse I cry, “Bad Cat!” so cruel who set the trap? who is cruel? I dispatch the mouse cat stalks off all unhappy, cat and mouse and me
One cannot combat the combat of centuries. I see my new kitten & her force & power over small moving parts - fearsome! I did learn one bloody lesson with running the vacuum toward the corner I thought she could easily flee from until she used my leg as a climbing escape. My leg & I are healing together. Got a "fishingpole" for the cat to attack from afar-ther.
